Qualify LCA Skills in a host
Separate package structure, runtime behavior, host behavior, and scientific tool checks.
Four checks
- Check the package structure expected by the host.
- Run the local validators or CLI functions that are part of the package.
- Install the package in the real host and test discovery, activation, a negative activation case, permissions, and tool access.
- If the workflow uses openLCA, Brightway, GREET, or another model, test that scientific software path separately.

- Installation method
- Test prompt
- Observed behavior
- Tool permissions
- Failures or limitations
Note
Do not replace “not tested” with “supported” based only on package structure.
