Use get_job_status, get_job_result, list_jobs, cancel_job, and dispose_job to manage explicit jobs.

run_lca returns a result_id. Reuse that identifier for contribution and emission analysis, then dispose it. Treat the result identifier as session state, not as a substitute for recording the project, database, activity, amount, method, and source revision.
